TC2 RENTAL

3 days: 5,700 NOK + VAT

To rent the TC2 loom independently, you must have completed a VEVFT course or have equivalent experience operating a TC2 loom.

When you arrive, a member of VEVFT will introduce you to the studio, go through the loom and practical routines, and be available for up to 2 hours. This is included in the rental price.

The rental is intended for independent work. We are happy to help with practical questions, but if you require more extensive technical assistance or additional training, this can be booked at 750 NOK per hour.

For longer rentals, we offer a reduced rate. Get in touch and we will find a price based on the length of your booking.

The course lasts exactly 3 days and costs 7,600 NOK per participant. Maximum 6 participants per course. You are also welcome to work independently in the studio in the evenings during the course period.

BEGINNER COURSE

An introduction to digital jacquard weaving on the TC2 loom.

You will learn how the loom works, how to prepare files for weaving, basic weave structures, material choices and how to weave your own samples.

No previous experience with digital jacquard weaving is required.

ADVANCED COURSE

For participants with previous experience using a TC2 or digital jacquard loom.

The course focuses on developing more complex weave structures, working with colour and materials, advanced file preparation and developing your own project through sampling and testing.

The course is designed to give you more confidence and independence when working on the TC2 loom.

PRIVATE COURSE

Private courses are for artists who want to deepen their knowledge, focus on a specific project, or need a more individual approach to learning.

The course is adapted to your experience, pace and interests, with one to one guidance on the TC2 loom.

Together, we can focus on file preparation, weave structures, materials, sampling or the development of a specific project.

Private courses can also be used to develop and prepare a project for later industrial production at Innvik AS.

1 day / 7 hours: 4,000 NOK

The day includes time for breaks, lunch and conversations around your project.

The number of days can be adapted to your needs and the scope of your project. For bookings of several days, we can offer a reduced rate.
